Medicore at best. I smell a Greys Anatomy, Private Practice, Nurse Jackie and Hawthorne ripoff! This show is supposed to be one of NBCs' new hit shows but at best it will tide over Nurse Jackie and Hawthorne fans until these BETTER nursing drama shows return after being renewed during their mid-summer season with 13 episode pickups with the potential for more to come afterwards. However I will not be one of these people. It is a bad ripoff of Nurse Jackie(which isn't to great but its not bad, its second season will determine its' faith however I believe Mercys' fate sealed its self during its pilot) and I like the real thing, not cheap versions that are not worth my time. I'll give the show a chance however its' chances are slim to none when it comes to surviving the season. What I did like about it was Michelle Tranchtenburg, and that is just about this shows only saving grace. |
